LEARN ABOUT OUR SCHOOLs' APPLICATION AND ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Before applying, please contact the school to arrange a tour—and plan to bring your child so you can both observe and experience a typical day at school. This is important, so you understand our philosophy and programs before entrusting your child to our care. We conduct tours all year.  

• Registration typically begins in January of the year of enrollment. Children entering preschool must be between (at least) 2 by the first day of school and 5 years old by the end of September.
• For future enrollment, after touring the school, parents may place their child's name on our waitlist. There is a non-refundable $100 fee for placement on the waitlist, to be mailed to us along with a completed waitlist. Parents may place siblings of past or present students on our waitlist for preschool or pre-K programs without incurring an additional fee.
• Payment of the waitlist fee does not insure a place in our school but does serve to keep your child's name on our list of prospective students.  The date of our receipt of your waitlist form and fee determines your child's place on the waitlist. When the registration process begins in the early spring, we give priority to continuing students and siblings, and then proceed to offer spaces on the basis of order on the waitlist. We try to maintain a healthy mix of boys and girls in each class and may give preference to boys or girls as needed to provide a balanced social grouping.
• Of course, all children are admitted without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, or religion.  Age requirements follow state licensing requirements. 
• Note, children do not need to be toilet-trained to start our preschool. We have a changing table for the 2-year-old program.
